Petitioner/prisoner in Crime No. 322/2017 for offence under section 392, 34 of IPC and section 3 of MCOCA has requested to this Court for clubbing of various matters against them.

Learned APP has pointed out that there are total 91 cases pending before various courts like JMFC (Lashkar), Pune, JMFC, Karad. The cases are under section 380, 379, 392, 420, 454 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned APP submits that the witnesses in all these matters are different and incidents are separate. These matters therefore, cannot be clubbed or brought together, as it would cause inconvenience to concerned police station and also to witnesses.
