Mr. Dighe, learned counsel for respondent no.1-Pimpri Chinchwad Mahanagar Palika, on instructions of Mr. Chandrakant Indolkar, Law Officer, PCMC, makes a statement that the attachment of the petitioner's property for non-payment of the property tax shall be revoked within one week from today. We accept the statement as made by Mr. Dighe on instructions.

In view of the statement as made by Mr. Dighe, further

We may also clarify that in view of the stand taken on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, we have not examined any of the rival contentions of the parties.

We accordingly disposed of the petition, accepting the statement of Mr. Dighe. No costs.
