Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

As can be clearly seen from the order dated 10th April 2017, the Appeal was directed to be placed on the "Final Hearing Board" in the week commencing from 3rd July 2017. Accordingly, the Appeal had appeared on the "Final Hearing Board". Thereafter, as it did not appear on the "Final Hearing Board" does not mean that there is any error crept in the order passed by this Court on 26th September 2018. 3.

Hence, no case is made out for review of the order. The Review Petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
