By the above petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice issued by Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation dated 14th October, 2019, and the impugned order dated 1st November, 2019.

The impugned notice and order are also the subject matter in Regular Civil Suit No.230 of 2019 fled by the Petitioner before the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ulhasnagar, on 13th November, 2019.

Ms. Pooja Joshi-Deshpande, the learned Counsel for the Corporation submits that the above Writ Petition is fled subsequent to the fling of the said suit, and the hearing on ad-interim relief is fied before the learned Civil Judge, Ulhasnagar, today, at 3.00 pm.

The Petitioner has suppressed from the Court, the fact of him having fled a suit qua the same subject matter, before fling of the Writ Petition. In view thereof, no orders are passed in the above Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed.
