1] The limited grievance raised in the Petition is that though the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.3 has been submitted, the same is not considered by Respondent No.5 - Education Officer.

2] In that view of the matter, we dispose of the Petition with direction to Respondent No.5 to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.3 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3] Till the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.3 is considered and decided, there shall be status-quo as of today in respect of the post occupied by the Petitioner No.3.
