Mr. Rajani, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submitted that looking to the subject matter of the present Petition, the same would have to be filed before the Aurangabad Bench. He, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to file the same before the Aurangabad Bench.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
