This is an application for restoring the Civil Application No.3279 of 2020 which came to be rejected by the Registrar (Judicial) by a self-operating order dated 23rd June, 2022. Since the objections were not removed, the application was disposed of. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

For the reasons stated in para 2 and 3 of the application, the order dated 23rd June, 2022 is set aside and the application is restored to the file.
