ABHAY M. THIPSAY, J.

DATE :

24th JUNE 2015.

P.C. :

Heard.

The learned APP is unable to state whether the applicants have attended the Police station, as per the condition imposed in the order dated 1st July 2014. Previously also, an avk 1/3

adjournment was granted for the purpose of enabling the learned APP to take instructions in this regard.

The learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been attending the Police station on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, as directed by the said order. Since the applicants have already attended the Police station for a period of about one year, it may not be now necessary to require them to attend the Police station regularly. The application is allowed.

The condition, requiring the applicants to report to Panvel Police station on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, is cancelled.

The applicants shall, however, report to the concerned Police station, as and when required by the Investigating Officer. avk 2/3

The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The applicants shall communicate this order to the Investigating Officer.
