Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by Order dated 26th November, 2021 had directed to remove office objections. The Applicant could not remove office objections within stipulated time.

Learned Counsel further submits that due to personal difficulty of Advocate on record, the said office objections could not be removed. If Appeal is not restored, the Appellant would suffer. 4.

Considering the submission of learned Counsel for the Applicant and reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c).
