The petition was filed to direct Respondent no.3 to decide Petitioner's representation dated 15th May 2018. 2.

Mr.Siddiquie states that Petitioner's representation has been decided by an order dated 17/19th December 2019 and 26th September 2019 / 1st October 2019 by Respondent no.3.

Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take such steps as advised, should Petitioner wish to impugn these two orders.
