Ms. Mehandale, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has today received the last

ssk 2/2 WP 3993 3994 3995 & 4122/16-9/1/17 Demand Draft in the sum of Rs.25,000/-. With that nothing remains in the petitions for consideration of the Court. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed off.

Ms. Mehandale further points out that respondent no.2 is yet to pay the costs awarded by the trial Court Rs.1,200/- to the petitioner. Mr. Padaye, the learned advocate for respondent no.2 states that the costs will be paid by respondent no.2 within a period of one week from today. The statement made by Mr. Padaye on behalf of respondent no.2 is accepted. The opportunity given to respondent no.1 to examine himself and a witness before the trial Court will be subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,200/-.

Since on account of pendency of the present petitions the time granted to the trial Court to dispose off the proceedings has expired, that time is extended till 28th February, 2017. [Smt. R. P. SondurBaldota, J.]
