The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with M.E.C.R. No. 15 of 2019 arising out of Criminal Misc. Application No. 605 of 2018 investigated by Tembhurni Police Station. The applicant was granted interim protection by order dated 25th November, 2019.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that required documents are called from office of Tahasildar Madha which are awaited. He tendered the report of the Police dated 29th January, 2020 which is taken on record. Learned APP however submitted on instructions that in the event the applicant is required to be arrested 72 hours notice in writing will be served upon him. Statement is accepted.
