By the above Petition the Petitioner challenges the action taken pursuant to the notice issued u/s 80 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. We are informed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the action is already complete by the seizure of the record of the Society in question and some of the record has also been returned back to the Society. In the light of the above, there is no warrant to keep the Nesarikar
