DATE : NOVEMBER 19, 2019.
P.C.:
Learned APP is seeking time to obtain instructions in detail.
We find from nominal role that on last occasion when he was released on 26/6/2019 on furlough, he has reported back himself, but late by one day. For this late reporting, there is remission cut of 5 days i.e. maximum possible punishment has been inflicted.
During hearing, we find that he reported back on Sunday and actually was late by 2 hours and 5 minutes. Talwalkar
15.wp5737.19.doc In this situation, we reduce punishment to one day remission cut. The petition is thus partly allowed. Order be communicated to the prisoner in jail. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J) (B.P. DHARMADHIKARI, J) Talwalkar
