DATE : 23 APRIL 2024 P.C. :- This Contempt Petition is filed in respect of noncompliance of the order dated 9 August 2021 in Writ Petition No. 9552 of 2019. By this order the Division Bench directed that the Petitioner's caste claim pending before the Scrutiny Committee should be decided within a period of four months. The learned Addl. G.P. states that the caste claim was disposed of by order dated 4 November 2019 itself and order was sent by way of post to the

5. CP 148.24.doc Petitioner and since the Writ Petition was filed during the pendency of the caste claim, due to a communication gap this fact could not be pointed out. According to the learned Addl.G.P. this order was also received by the Petitioner on 7 March 2022.

Now there being an order by the Scrutiny Committee as above, we are not inclined to proceed further in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. M.M. SATHAYE, J.
