Heard. This Application is preferred by the Plaintiff for condonation of 18 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 07/08/2014 passed by the Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division Nasik in Special Civil Suit No. 809/2011.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
