Learned counsel for the applicant states that the respondents have been served through their advocates. The applicant seeks extension of time to carry out amendment allowed by an order dated 17th September 2018.

The applicant is granted one week's time to carry out amendment. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents' advocate within one week from the date of carrying out an amendment.
