An application has been given by the petitioner to the respondent no. 2 Board for registration. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that online application is filed. 2.

The learned advocate for the Board says that compliance will have to be made. The details have to be made available by the employer also.

The learned advocate for the Corporation submits that if the board allots the members of petitioner to the Corporation, the Corporation is ready to accept them qua the work available. 4.

The application is already filed by the petitioner with the respondent no. 2 Board. The Board may decide the said application considering the relevant Government Resolutions in force so also the statute.

The respondent Corporation may provide the details that it may possess to the Board and as sought by it. 6.

The said exercise shall be completed within 3 (three) months. Depending upon the decision, the parties may take further steps.

In case the members of the petitioner are working with the respondent no. 3 and the work is available, then, they may not be discontinued only on the ground that they are not registered. This direction will be operative till the application is decided by the Board.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petition is disposed of. 9.

No costs.
