DATED : 18 APRIL 2023 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the mother of present applicant is bedridden and there is nobody to look after her. It is submitted that the applicant is in jail for about 3 years and 9 months. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not conclude within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, then the applicant is at liberty to file an application for bail. Application is disposed of.
