Against the order of the Metropolitan Magistrate passed under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, the present Petition has been preferred. There is an alternate remedy of Appeal available under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act.

In view thereof, the Petition is dismissed with liberty to avail all alternate remedy. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
