The petitioner by this petition is seeking limited relief to direct learned Special Judge/Addition Sessions Judge-5, Nashik to hear and decide the her bail application along with bail applications of the co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the hearing of the bail applications of the co-accused is scheduled on 30th November, 2016. However, the petitioner's bail application is adjourned to 3rd December, 2016.

Since the bail application of the petitioner as well as the coaccused arises out of the same CR, in our opinion, the interests of justice would be subserved by directing learned Special Judge/Addition Sessions Judge-5, Nashik to hear the petitioner's bail application along with the bail applications of the co-accused which is scheduled to be heard on 30th November, 2016. Needless to mention that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and learned Special Judge/learned Additional Sessions Judge -5, Nashik shall decide the petitioner's bail application on its own merits and in accordance with law.
