After matter was argued some time, Mr. Sawant, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach respondent nos. 1 and 2 with a proposal to amicably resolve the dispute. 2.

Mr. Patil states that respondents makes an offer to resolve the matter, respondent will certainly consider the same keeping in mind the interest of respondent no.1-society and its members. 3.

Petition accordingly disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.
