1] The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the present petition can be disposed of finally by giving directions to the Deputy Commissioner, Pune, to expeditiously complete the pending inquiry in relation to the property bearing survey No.88/1 which includes 88 B1A and connected properties. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present petition has been covered by the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.11708/2015 and 12279/2015. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present petition is different. 1/2

Sknair 905-wp-11526-2012 3] Be that as it may, since, the petitioner is seeking specific directions to Deputy Commissioner, Pune to expeditiously complete the pending inquiries, the Deputy Commissioner, Pune, is directed to expedite the pending inquiries and to complete the same in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible.

4] This court is informed that such inquiries have already been ordered by this Court as well as Hon'ble Supreme Court. Obviously, the Deputy Commissioner, Pune, is required to conclude such inquiries expeditiously.

5] With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Needless to record that all contentions of all the parties are left open.
