The petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation into FIR No.346 of 2016 registered with Kurla Police Station. Ms. Shinde, learned APP having taken instructions from Mr. Nandkumar Jayram Mandlik, API, Kurla Police Station, makes a statement that the CR was investigated into and all the three accused came to be arrested and after completion of the investigation, charge-sheet is also filed before the 51st Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Kurla. The statement is accepted.

In the light of the statement, the grievance of the petitioners, no more survives. There is nothing to transfer. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
