Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants. This is an Application by Applicants in Civil Application No. 159 of 2017 for permission to delete the name of Rukmini @ Maibai Vithoba Bhopi who is proposed legal heir of Maruti Arjun Mhatre. 2.

The reason for deletion of the said party is that according to Applicants, Rukmini @Maibai Vithoba Bhopi has executed Shubham Talle

901-IA-17799-2023.doc relinquishment deed releasing her rights in the subject matter property in favour of proposed Applicant No.1-A Ramdas Maruti Mhatre. The copy of the registered relinquishment deed dated 30.01.2017 (Exhibit A) is placed on record. Nobody appears for the Respondent/State in this Application.

In view of the averments in the Application and considering the fact that both the proposed Respondents have made this prayer jointly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicants are permitted to delete the name of Rukmini @ Maibai Vithoba Bhopi from the cause title of Civil Application No. 159 of 2017.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
