1. The complaint in this petition is that after auction process was completed and the petitioner-Bank was in the process of handing over the possession of the auctioned property to the auctioned purchaser, the respondent No. 3 has preferred Revision Application before the Divisional Joint Registrar and obtained status-quo. Such status-quo is being extended from time to time without any decision upon the Revision Application right from 10 November, 2014.

2. In view of the aforesaid, this petition can be finally disposed of by issuing the direction to Divisional Joint Registrar to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 10 November, 2014 with

Chittewan 2/2 p11. wp 11299-14 regard the maintainability of the Revision Application. The Divisional Joint Registrar shall accordingly dispose of the said application, as early as possible, and in any case within four weeks from today. The parties to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
