Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants. None appeared for the Respondent though duly served.

By this Civil Application, the Applicant State is seeking to condone the delay of 185 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 30.10.2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel in LAR No.174/2007 (Old No.179/2007).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application we are of the opinion that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
