The Petitioners have essentially challenged the Order as well as the Decree, both dated 23.10.2019 passed in Applications Exh.49 and 55 respectively in RCS No.15 of 2019. The Petitioners have a remedy to challenge the said order as well as decree. 2.

Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. 3.

Leaving all remedies of the Petitioners open, we dismiss the Petition.
