As the first Court is unable to take up this civil application, as per the general standing order, the application is placed before this Bench. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Firstly, the adjustment sought is on the basis of the order which is passed in a disposed of petition. Secondly, in the main petition in which this civil application is taken out, there is no final relief claimed of adjustment. Interim relief can be granted only in the aid of final relief. By prayer clause (b) of this application, a final relief is sought which cannot be granted. Civil application is disposed of.
