Order dated 20th September 2022, passed by Judge Special Court MCOC Pune, below exhibit-26, is the subject matter of present petition. The Special Court has allowed entire application below exhibit-26 filed by the petitioner.

According to petitioner, while allowing such application specific reference is not made to prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the application. According to petitioner, no reasons are recorded while granting clauses (b) and (c). He, therefore, has challenged the order on the ground that impliedly Court has rejected the prayer clauses (b) and (c).

Perusal of the impugned order discloses that the Court has

On considering the application and particularly paragraph No. 7, in my opinion Special Court has granted prayer clauses (b) and (c) of application below exhibit-26.

All concerned shall act as per order of the Trial Court. 6.
