Heard the learned Counsel appointed for the applicant. This is an application through jail. This Court had requested the learned Counsel Mr. Hrishikesh Giri to espouse the cause of the applicant. He has made submissions. However, there is a communication from the applicant through jail with the stamp of jailer, which shows that he desires to withdraw the said application.
