CORAM

:

NITIN JAMDAR & SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, JJ.

DATED :

23 SEPTEMBER 2022.

P. C. :

Review is sought of the order dated 1 October 2018 in Writ Petition No.10728 of 2018 passed by the Division Bench (Coram: Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

2022.09.30 16:36:23 +0530 B. R. Gavai & A. M. Dhavale, JJ.) of this Court. The Division Bench RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE has, after hearing the parties, taken a view that two remedies cannot be simultaneously pursued. The Division Bench did not entertain the Petition at that stage. The Review Petition would show that the

rsk 2 912-RPW-26-19.doc Petitioner has challenged the correctness of the order and that the order does not give adequate reasons. That cannot be a ground to exercise review jurisdiction, as it is not an appellate jurisdiction. 2.

The Review Petition is accordingly rejected.
