Heard. None for the Respondent though duly served. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 194 days delay in preferring the First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 06.11.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibaug-Raigad in LAR No.362/2000.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 194 days in filing the above mentioned First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 06.11.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibaug, Raigad in LAR No.362/2000 (Old LAR No.94/1989 and 443/1989)."
