The grievance of the Petitioner in his Application dated 23.10.2017 is for seeking expeditious trial within a time bound programme. The application does not give any specific details about the Petitioner's case.

The report states that there are two cases pending against the Petitioner; one each in MCOC Court at Mumbai and Thane. Learned APP also submits that the Petitioner has been released on bail on 03.03.2022. 3.
