Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. Application is filed for temporary bail for the period of 15 days from 5th December 2016 to 15th December 2016. Temporary bail is sought on the ground that Applicant's sister is getting married on 9th December 2016. Learned APP pointed out and learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant does not dispute that the Applicant's father is already released on furlough leave in order to enable him to attend the marriage of his daughter, i.e., the Applicant's sister. Be that as it may, learned APP states that last time when the Applicant was released on furlough leave, he had threatened the witnesses and therefore NC case was registered against him. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to grant this application and the same is accordingly rejected.
