Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. He states that during the pendency of this petition, the impugned order dated 19th September, 2019, has been acted upon and the Court Commissioner has submitted his report. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this petition as it is rendered infructuous, with liberty to raise all contentions with regard to the said report before the appropriate Court/Authority.
