1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail of a statutory remedy before the National Green Tribunal. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

2. The Tribunal is bound to note that the present petition was filed on 30th November, 2015 and the same remained pending till today. To enable the petitioner to move the Tribunal for appropriate ad-interim relief, we direct that the ad-interim relief granted on 4th December, 2015 will continue to operate for a period of six weeks from today.
