Today the matter is shown on board pursuant to the letter dated 20.12.2016 received from the Industrial Court, Pune in Complaint (ULP) No. 182 of 2015 for extension of time to dispose of the same as per the order passed by this Court.

Considering the reasons disclosed by the Industrial Court, Pune in their letter dated 20.12.2016, further extension of six months time is granted from today for disposal of said Reference.

Registry is directed to inform the same to the concerned Court immediately.
