The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with non- bailable warrant issued against him on 7th November, 2019. It is submitted that he has preferred an application for cancellation of warrant before the Court which has issued the warrant. However, the said application has been for hearing on 22nd November, 2019. Since the applicant is apprehending arrest. The lower Court can be directed to pre-pone the hearing of application. In these circumstances the application for seeking cancellation of warrant preferred by the applicant before the Court below is preponed to 19th November, 2019.
