The applicant herein has challenge the order of issuance of process under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. It is not in dispute that alternative and efficacious remedy is available to the applicant. Hence, this Court is not inclined to invoke the writ jurisdiction.

The Applications are dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court. 4.
