The learned APP submits that F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.96/2015 is registered with the Crime Branch, Mumbai. Learned APP further states that in case any witness come forward to depose in respect of the said crime, then separate offence will not be registered by the Property Cell, Mumbai. However, APP submits that if any further investigation is required, the investigating agency will investigate accordingly. 1/2

Learned APP submits if any crime is registered with any other police station, then, the concerned investigation agency shall deal with the matter in accordance with law. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
