Learned APP upon instructions states that out of total 19 witnesses 15 witnesses are already examined by the State and remaining 4 witnesses would be examined soon.

Grievance of the petitioner made in 2017 is to expedite his trial and to arrange escort so as to enable him to attend it. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned APP we find that said grievance does not survive now.

With liberty to the prisoner to approach the Court again if his grievance subsists or arises again, we dispose of the present proceeding. 5.
