Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith by consent of learned counsel for the respective parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking a limited relief in the nature of issuing appropriate directions to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to decide six representations made by the petitioner in accordance with law. Considering such a request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that purpose of this petition would stand served by issuing following directions:- (i)Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are directed to decide six Aarti Palkar 1/2 21.WP.15205.2022.doc
representations of the petitioner, in accordance with law at the earliest after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to all the interested parties by issuing appropriate notices.
(ii)The representations may be decided as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner and all the interested parties before the respondents.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs. 4.
Writ Petition is disposed of.
