None appeared for the Petitioners when the matter was called out at the first instance and hence, the matter was kept back. On the second call also nobody is present for and on behalf of the Petitioners. Hence, the Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Later on the learned Counsel for the Petitioners appeared and requested for recalling of the order of dismissal for non-prosecution. At his request, the matter is restored and heard at length. After hearing the matter at length when the Court was not inclined to entertain the present Petition, the learned Counsel for the

wp.4809-2014 Petitioners on instructions from his client Mr. Suryakant Sarade, son of Petitioner No.5 who is present in the Court, prayed for withdrawal of the Petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
