Learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave to amend the application, as well as prayer clauses in the application. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

At the outset, the learned Counsel for the applicants does not press this application qua applicant Nos. 2 and 3. By this application, applicant Nos. 1 and 4 seek permission to travel abroad i.e. to Mecca, Saudi Arabia from 30/03/2016 to 13/04/2016. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that as far as applicant No.1 is concerned, he has surrendered his passport in the trial Court as directed vide order dated 25/11/2014 passed by this Court (Coram : P. D.Kode, J.) in Criminal Application No. 1336 of 1/2

Perused the application. Considering that the applicant Nos. 1 and 4 intend to travel to Mecca, Saudi Arabia for a religious pilgrimage from 30/03/2016 to 13/04/2016, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions.

O R D E R

(i) Applicant Nos.1 and 4 are permitted to travel abroad i.e. to Mecca, Saudi Arabia from 30/03/2016 to 13/04/2016. (ii) The learned Magistrate is directed to return the passport to applicant No. 1, to enable him to travel to Mecca, on the aforesaid dates.

(iii) On their return back to India, applicant Nos. 1 & 4 shall deposit their passport, with the learned Magistrate, within 3 days of their return.

Application is allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
