At the outset, learned APP for Respondent No.1-State submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, Police have submitted charge-sheet on 16.09.2016 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class at Kalyan. The said case has been numbered as R.C.C.No. 626 of 2016.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an application for discharge before the Trial Court, if the charge is not framed till today.

Leave and liberty granted.
