Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the grievance of the Petitioner in regard to other reliefs has been redressed and the only prayer, which is sought at present is an expeditious disposal of the appeals, which are pending before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) ("CIT (Appeals)), pertaining to assessment years 2012-13, 2014-15 and 2018-19. It is stated that the appeals were preferred in regard to aforementioned assessments on 3 February 2017, 4 February 2017 and 24 January 2020, respectively. It is stated that the appeals are ripe for hearing, in which submissions have already been filed along with requisite materials. Be that as it may, the Petition is disposed of with directions to the CIT (Appeals) to expedite the hearing and dispose of the appeals pending before it, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the Order.
