rsk BA-2373-15
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO.2373 OF 2015 Prasad Laxman Sutar ..Applicant v/s.
The State of Maharashtra.
..Respondent Mr. Kuldeep S. Patil for the Applicant Mrs. G. P. Mulekar, APP for the RespondentState. CORAM : SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.
DATED : DECEMBER 17, 2015.
P.C.
1.
This is an application for bail filed by the aforesaid applicant who is facing trial in Sessions Case No.264/2014. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. The records prima facie reveal that the applicant was initially released on bail. Since the applicant did not remain present in Session Case No.264/2013, the learned Sessions Judge issued warrant and subsequently he was taken into custody. It was revealed that while the applicant was on bail, the applicant had committed two serious offences. The learned Sessions Judge rejected the application of the applicant for bail in view of his conduct of misusing the liberty granted. The records
rsk BA-2373-15 thus reveals that the applicant has committed serious offences while he was on bail. The applicant had also failed to remain present in Sessions Case No.264/2014. The conduct of the applicant does not justify grant of bail. Hence the application is dismissed.
