1] From the pleadings in the Writ Petition it emerges that the Petitioner has filed a Tenancy Appeal No.13 of 2019 against the order dated 23rd July 2018 passed by the Tahsildar, Taluka Baramati, District Pune.

2] The grievance is to the Appeal not being heard. 3] We dispose of the Writ Petition directing the 2nd Respondent before whom the Appeal has been filed to decide the Appeal within three months from the date if the objections if any to the Appeal have been rectified and if the same have been rectified already within three months on receipt of an authenticated copy of the present order.
