By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 20 days in filing appeal from order. Learned counsel for the applicants states that the actual delay is of 10 days and not 20 days. No affidavit-in-reply is filed by the respondents to the civil application though served.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay in filing appeal from order is condoned. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The applicants are directed to remove all other office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If office objections
